Registration of festival attendance, ordering meals, making hotel reservations is handled by TM Event, Linköping. You can pay through invoice or credit card.

PRICES

We offer the choice of a three-day package or a two-day package
Festival/Forum package I, three day package full attendance: 4 650 SEK incl VAT
Festival/Forum package II, two day, full attendance: 3 350 SEK incl VAT

Concert tickets: Seats to be reserved in order of registration.

Full attendance include:

  • All concerts;
  • Open rehearsals;
  • Lectures and discussions with Scientists from USA, Europe and Sweden;
  • Demonstrations of music work with music classes from regular schools in USA, Europe and Sweden;
  • Open panel discussion with representatives from political parties, scientists, artists, young musicians and music teachers;
  • Mingle with Swedish and European representatives from educational and cultural worlds.

Bring your business cards, you will be able to meet and build networks with like minded people from many parts of the world.

Meals to be ordered separately. Prices include VAT.

Restaurants

Norrköping offers many good restaurants for lunch and dinner.

But keep in mind, sharing your meals at the festival site is a wonderful opportunity to meet and build networks and friendships.

TM Event has already made reservations in nearby hotels. You decide what price range.
